As a coffee-producing nation, Ethiopia is incredibly diverse in terms of flavor and character, and this Ethiopia Konga Yirgacheffe is no exception. The lush environment of Yirgacheffe's forests provide this coffee with nuance and complexity, a shiny acidity, and a delicate, silky body.

Recent developments in Ethiopia now allow for separation of top coffee lots, higher prices for farmers, and increased recognition for the best quality coffees in Ethiopia. Until March of 2017, this sort of traceability didn't exist. This greater level of traceability opens the potential for partnerships on a more micro level, with individual farmers or smaller groups within a community, to select out special lots.
