Also known as dry-processed or sun-dried, our Ethiopia Natural Sidamo is processed by removing the husk after the coffee has been dried, rather than before. This method results in a fruitier, more complex, multi-dimensional brew with a more tactile body. Creamy-bodied with a dry aftertaste, this brew is mildly acidic with a fruity aroma and a complex, winy flavor. Look for a suggestion of candied strawberry, nuts, and exotic elements in the flavor profile.
