Green coffee beans from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia aged in a cask procured from Journeyman Distillery. The cask was formerly used to create Silver Cross Whiskey. Roasting the whiskey-soaked beans results in an infusion sure to satisfy both whiskey and coffee connoisseurs alike.
Give this coffee time to cool down in the cup. As the brew cools, it really opens up in flavor and acidity!
